Cardigan’s Young Innovators Shine at Annual Gates Competition

Students from grades six through nine for a showcase of creativity, problem-solving, and entrepreneurial thinking. From hands-on prototypes to forward-thinking business concepts, teams presented inventions ranging from concussion-detecting helmet sensors to night-riding gear and multi-use kitchen tools. The event also featured a lively robotics scrimmage, celebrating a year of skill-building and collaboration. With impressive presentations and standout projects across all levels, the competition highlighted the growing strength and depth of Cardigan’s innovation programs.
