Jeff

Jeff Sabados is a former U.S. Navy SEAL, entrepreneur, and community leader whose life and work are rooted in service and mission-driven leadership.
He is the Founder and President of Hubble Therapeutics, a biotechnology company focused on developing gene therapies for rare inherited retinal diseases. Hubble’s work centers on restoring vision by addressing disease at its genetic source, with a focus on precision, safety, and long-term impact. The company is currently advancing a novel gene therapy program aimed at conditions that previously had no effective treatment options, offering new hope to patients and families affected by devastating vision loss.
Jeff is also the Founder of the New England Navy SEAL Foundation, an organization dedicated to supporting the SEAL community and extending the values of service, resilience, and brotherhood beyond active duty.
Above all, Jeff is a dedicated father of three and a devoted husband. Family is his foundation, and the principles he lives by — commitment, integrity, and care for others — guide every role he takes on.

Jenny

Jenny’s work is centered on reimagining education to better serve the individuality, creativity, and potential of every learner.
As an educator and program leader, she focuses on individualized, experiential, and innovation-driven learning, particularly for students who do not thrive in traditional educational systems. Her work emphasizes real-world problem solving, student agency, and creative confidence — helping young people see themselves as capable thinkers, makers, and contributors.
Jenny is deeply engaged in institutional change in education, designing and leading programs that challenge conventional models and build more adaptive, human-centered learning environments. She believes that lasting educational transformation happens when systems align around curiosity, purpose, and authentic engagement — and when schools are designed to evolve alongside the world students are preparing to enter.
At the heart of her work is a conviction that education should be personal, creative, and future-facing, and that learning is most powerful when it connects students to real challenges, meaningful work, and a sense of possibility.
