Education & Academic Awards

In 1997, Jeff Sabados received his Bachelor of Science in Accountancy & Finance from Miami University. After his initial 7 years as a commissioned officer in the Navy, in 2004 Sabados pursued and received his Master of Public Policy at Harvard University’s JFK School of Government and in 2006 Jeff pursued and received his Master of Business Administration at the MIT Sloan School of Business.

U.S. Navy Career

Throughout his entire career, Jeff Sabados has exemplified what it means to be a leader.  He initially developed his leadership skills during his time in the U.S. Navy.  His Naval career saw him maintain a variety of Officer and Commander level positions.  In these instances, his ability to lead was about more than just a job — it was truly vital.  While planning, coordinating and executing missions, the men and women in Sabados’s units truly relied on him.  Without his strong leadership and guidance, a negative outcome could have been inevitable.  But resilient in approach, Sabados pushed on and commanded his units with absolute strength.  Overall, his experiences throughout his Military career refined his command as a capable leader.

Serial Entrepreneur and Biotech Executive

As a Biotech Executive, Jeff Sabados’s decades of leadership experience come in exceptionally handy.  Through this role, Sabados is responsible for providing expert analysis and advisory services. His leadership is responsible for managing the development of new business opportunities, research protocols and other operations. Always taking a hands-on approach, Sabados is sure to see all of his projects through to completion.  He thanks his years in the U.S. Navy for fine-tuning his command as a selfless leader.
